• 3-4 lbs of ribs
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. soya sauce
  • 1/2 t. ginger
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 t. horseradish

Cook ribs in water at 425°F for 2 hrs. Combine sauce ingredients.

Remove ribs and drain liquid; put a light layer of sauce on bottom of baking pan.  Place ribs back in pan and then pour sauce over top of ribs, leaving some sauce over so that ribs can be basted during baking process.  Bake at 275°F for 2 hours. Turn ribs and baste often.
